Racing Spec Radiator Cap

Type A Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Mazda
Type B Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Daihatusu
Higher pressures inside of the cooling system helps the coolant flow better and also increases the coolant's heat absorbing qualities. The Buddy Club Racing Spec Radiator Caps have pressure capacities of 1.3 x 100kpa (1.3kg/cm2), in comparison to a factory cap that has a pressure rating of only 0.9kg/cm2. This means that the coolants boiling point can be raised by using the Buddy Club Racing Spec Radiator cap. Advantages are of course found on demanding conditions such as circuit racing. The radiator caps are available in two types; Type A and Type B

 


Racing Spec Shift Knob

RACING SPEC TYPE A

This shift knob was designed by Mr. Jun San Chen himself. It is what he uses to win races in his race cars with floor mounted shifters such as the Altezza, Chaser, and DC5.

 
 
RACING SPEC TYPE B

Along with the Racing Spec Type A shift knob, the Type B shift knob was developed for cars where the shifter is located more ahead of the driver such as the column mounted shifter found in the EP3. This, much like the Type A shift knob, is what Buddy Club drivers use in their actual race cars across the globe.

 
 


Buddy club SECU-TIMER

The very first turbo timer with security features. The SECU-TIMER has all the functions of a usual turbo timer with an  additional security lock function. The correct password must be entered before the engine can be started.
 
Some features include:
- Time display
- Voltage display (displays battery voltage with min/max warning indicator)
- Turbo Timer (adjustable between 10 seconds to 99 minutes)
- Available in black or polished aluminium

Radiator Fan Switch

SPECIFICATION:
For Honda vehicles, starts the radiator fan at lower temperatures to keep the engine cooler to avoid horsepower lose due to higher temperatures

The Buddy Club Racing Spec Fan Switch turns on the vehicle's cooling fan at a lower temperature than factory specifications for improved performance and engine longevity. Cooler operating temperatures translate to increased horsepower by providing a denser air/fuel mixture. Installation is simple replacement of the factory sensor.

    Thermo Heat Bandage

    SPECIFICATION:

  • Use this material to keep more heat within the exhaust system and away from other components such as transmissions, oil pans, differentials, etc. Turbocharged applications can use this material to wrap the exhaust manifold to keep a hotter exhaust gas charge for the turbocharger for improved response.





    Hose Sensor Adaptor

    SPECIFICATION:
    Made of high strength aircraft aluminum alloy material, cut and machined using the most advanced manufacturing technology, and able to withstand high temperatures and is very durable. Perfect fit for the variety of different hoses and stays water-tight to prevent leakage.

    A gauge works with a sensor together to display vital information to the driver. The gauge is only as good as the sensor, and the sensor is only as good as where it is placed. The placement of the sensor is often overlooked. Buddy Club Hose Sensor Adapters are made of high strength aircraft aluminum 6061 alloy material, cut and machined using the most advanced manufacturing technology, anodized blue, and is designed to withstand high temperatures without compromising durability and reliability. With a Buddy Club Hose Sensor Adapter, you can place the water sensor directly in the stream of the water towards the radiator without absorbing transient heat from the engine block for accurate readings of the water temperature. Four sizes are available for the perfect fit for just about any Japanese engine application and stays water-tight to prevent leakage with the provided hose clamps. Each adapter features an 1/8” NPT fitting that can be used with other brands of sensors.
